IACOP-ICO'24 is one session of the 2nd International Academic Conference on Optics and Photonics, which will be held during November 24-26, 2024 in Haikou, China. This session is calling for original manuscripts, all submissions will be evaluated based on originality, technical and research content/depth, correctness, contributions, and readability.

Biography: Xianlin Song, Associate Professor of School of Information Engineering, Nanchang University, China. He has been devoted to the research of new methods and technologies of intelligent photoelectric imaging, and has in-depth research in the fields of artificial intelligence, optical imaging, photoacoustic imaging, and super-resolution imaging.
Douguo Zhang
University of Science and Technology of China, China
Biography: Douguo Zhang is a full professor at the Department of Optics and Optical Engineering, USTC. He received the Ph.D. degree in optics from the University of Science and Technology of China (USTC), Hefei, China, in 2007. From 2008 to 2010, he was with Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, as a Research Fellow. His research interests include novel optical imaging and sensing methods and their applications in bioscience, materials science, and environmental optics.

Biography: Qiurong Yan is currently a Professor with the School of Information Engineering, Nanchang University, China. He is mainly engaged in the research on the application of artificial intelligence technology in high-energy photon detection, wireless communication, and optical imaging.

Speech title: A new mechanism for spectral polarization imaging in the compressed sampling paradigm
Biography: Wenyi Ren received the BS. degree in optical information science and technology from Northwest University, Xi'an, China, in 2007, and the master's and Ph.D. degrees in optics from Xi'an Jiaotong University, in 2010 and 2013, respectively. He is currently a professor with the College of Science, Northwest A&F University. His research interests are computational imaging and applications including polarization spectral imaging, optical signal and image processing, compressive sensing, and remote sensing information retrieval.

Biography: Zhiyuan Chen received the Ph.D. degree from University of Chinese Academy of Sciences, China in 2015. He is currently a researcher at Xi'an Institute of Optics and Precision Mechanics of CAS, China. His research interests include novel optical imaging technology and high-precision optoelectronic measurement technology.

Biography: Dr. Shan, professor, doctoral supervisor, head of Optoelectronic Information Intelligent Processing Technology Team, director of "Heilongjiang Collaborative Innovation Center of Advanced Intelligent Perception Technology", council member of Mechanical Quantity Measurement Instrument Federation of China Instrument and Control Society, committee member of Holography and Optical Information Processing Specialized Committee of Chinese Optical Society, Optical Testing Specialized Committee of Chinese Optical Society, Youth Working Committee of China Instrument and Control Society, Advanced Optical Manufacturing Youth Expert Committee of Chinese Society for Optical Engineering. His main research interests are in the field of optoelectronic detection and instrumentation, computational imaging technology, and high-speed image/video processing technology. At present, he has been awarded two second prizes of Provincial Natural Science Award (ranked 1 and 4), authorized more than 40 invention patents, and published more than 100 academic papers in SCI source journals.

Biography: Zibang Zhang received the Ph.D. degree from Jinan University, Guangzhou, China, in 2017. He is currently an Associate Professor with the Department of Optoelectronic Engineering, Jinan University. His research interests include computational imaging, specifically, single-pixel imaging, fringe projection profilometry, and lessless microscopy.

Biography: Lei Gong received the Ph.D. degree in Physics from the University of Science and Technology of China, Hefei, China, in 2016. He is currently an Associate Professor with the School of Physical Sciences, University of Science and Technology of China. His research interests include optical tweezers, optoelectronic tweezers, thermophoretic tweezers, wavefront shaping, light field control, structured light beams, and their applications in optical trapping, imaging and communications.

Biography: Meiling Zhou received her PhD degree from University of Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2019. She has joined Xi'an Institute of Optics and Precision Mechanics, Chinese Academy of Sciences as an assistant researcher since July 2019, and is now a associate researcher.

His main research interests include computational microscopic imaging, structured light projection 3D imaging, intelligent composite robot and so on.

Speech title: LRSTSRN: Lightweight Recursive Swin Transformer Super-Resolution Network
Biography: Dr. Fanlu Wu, Associate Professor of Changchun Institute of Optics, Fine Mechanics and Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences. His research interests include space-based optical remote sensing technology, and intelligent interpretation of remote sensing images. He has participated in the development of projects such as Chang'e-3 mission, Tianwen-1 mission, and manned spaceflight engineering. He has successively presided over the sub-project of the National Key R&D Program of China, the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the Natural Science Foundation of Jilin Province, and the Open Fund of the Key Laboratory of Lunar and Deep Space Exploration, Chinese Academy of Sciences. Published over 40 papers in journals such as Space Science Reviews and Remote Sensing. He is a high-level talent in Jilin Province and a reviewer for journals such as IEEE JSTARS/GRSL and Remote Sensing.

He has published a number of experimental results as the first or corresponding author, mainly focusing on various non-classical imaging techniques, such as thermo-optic correlation imaging, incoherent optical interference, two-photon entangled double-slit interference at different frequencies, phased-object imaging, and through-scattered medium imaging based on the scattering memory effect.

He received his Ph.D. degree in biomedical engineering from Tianjin University in 2019, and is mainly engaged in the research of intelligent optoelectronic imaging systems, multi-dimensional signal a priori representations, and intelligent reconstruction algorithms of images, with his research interests related to Lens-free coded computational imaging, scattering medium computational imaging, digital holographic imaging, near-eye holographic display, and biomedical multimodal imaging.
